Parents of Children in Divorce

The original Court approved program for Richmond, Columbia and Burke Counties that was specially developed by the court system in 1993 with the community in mind. This program has been managed and co-facilitated by Anne Watts, a Licensed Professional Counselor, since 2001.

Divorce Education

This four-hour court approved program for divorcing parents offers support and educational information that will discuss the effects of divorce on parents and children. The goal is to reduce the effects of divorce on children by equipping you as the parent with information and coping skills to reduce your stress, thus reducing your child’s stress. Your child’s best interest is the main focus of the information provided to you.

Register Today

Upon completion of this program, you will receive a certificate of attendance that needs to be given to the courts. This certificate is essential to finalize your divorce process.

Most insurances are accepted, but it is always wise to verify with your insurance company prior to the initial session.
